Born and raised in Richmond Hill, I started my legal career at one of the “big law” firms in Toronto before moving to London in 2003. My practice is focused on personal injury and insurance litigation, representing both individuals and insurers. From representing injured clients to defending large construction loss claims, I have been fortunate to work with and against some of the top lawyers in the Province, learning from each of them. I shy away from no one. I have learned that experience, effort, and teamwork are the keys to helping clients find solutions.
I started offering my services as a mediator after completing Harvard University’s Negotiation Mastery course in the fall of 2024. My experience representing both injured clients and insurers provides me with a unique perspective and insights which help bring both sides to “yes.”
I have handled cases before the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal as well as the Licence Appeals Tribunal.
My wife, Tracey, and I have five children who are pretty much grown up. They are our pride and joy. We have filled the void of losing our “little ones” with our Shepherds, Bruce and Larry, also know as the Good Boys.
