After over a decade working in larger firms, in 2008, Doug Wallace and Brian Smith founded Wallace Smith LLP with the goal of creating a specialized, client-focused practice that aimed to do things differently. And, surprisingly (or not surprisingly, depending on who you ask), it worked. The firm grew, clients came, and we somehow managed to expand without losing the personal touch that started it all.
Today, our team is a collection of legal professionals who bring real experience and just enough humility to keep us honest. We handle every case with the same care we had on day one, only now with more people, more perspective, and slightly better coffee. And as the community’s needs evolved, so did we, adding employment law to the mix because, frankly, people deserved better options there too.
